150 seated, 200 standing inside venue.

What If Its Hot, Cold or Raining?
Our venue is completely climate controlled with your comfort as our top priority. If it is calling for rain, we can discuss options for a backup plan, so your day goes as smoothly as possible.
Can My Pet Be Part of My Event?
Yes, but no aggressive animals and all pets/animals are to remain on a leash and you must clean up behind your pet. All pets must be attended at all times, even if crated. A $250 cleanup fee will be retained from the security deposit if our staff has to cleanup remnants from your pet.
Clean Up, How Does That Work at Your Venue?
Red Hill Farms Wedding & Event Venue will have staff members, or the owners will monitor the trash and bathrooms throughout the event to ensure a stress-free time. The venue and surrounding outside areas should be left in the exact same condition of cleanliness and order as it was when you arrived for your event. Failure to clean up appropriately will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. If you would rather leave cleanup to Red Hill Farms staff, there is a fee of $300.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Yes, in the designated areas outside. No smoking or electronic cigarette inside buildings. Red Hill Farms Wedding & Event Venue has several areas to distinguish cigarette butts so please do not throw butts on the ground as this is a fire hazard and we have designated ashtray cans throughout the property. Even though marijuana is acceptable in Virginia, Red Hill Farms Wedding & Event Venue does not allow it on premises. Anyone caught other than for medical purposes will be asked to leave the property.
Are Sparklers Allowed?
Yes, but no fireworks, rice, floating lanterns, silly string, playdoh, glitter, confetti, cornmeal or loose straw. White or light-colored petals only, no fake petals for flower girls. No dried flowers, sprinkles or non-biodegradable products as décor or for sendoff.
We do not allow staples, nails, screws, duct tape, or other damaging items on walls or floors.
We do not remove the fireplace greenery, the stair and balcony greenery or the greenery on the wagon. However, the florals on the fireplaces and the wagon may be removed and your colors added.
All property and belongings of the venue are to be cleaned and left in the same manner it was in when rented for any and all events. If not this forfeits the security deposit.
